Archbishop of Cape Town Calls for the Return of Police Services

Preaching at St George’s Cathedral, Cape Town, at the Easter Vigil Service on Saturday night, Dr Thabo Makgoba called for the police to be consciously focused on delivering ‘safety and security’, and other ‘life-affirming’ action.
