'Change the world in one hour', Southern Africa archbishop

The Primate of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa, Archbishop Thabo Makgoba, has urged Anglicans in Africa and around the world to support Earth Hour by "switching off your lights" and "switching on to saving the
world".

The archbishop said this ahead of Earth Hour, an annual worldwide event organised by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). It encourages households and businesses to turn off non-essential lights for one hour to raise
awareness of the need for action on climate change.
